An eSIM is a digital SIM built into compatible devices. We email a QR code and setup instructions. Scan it, install the plan, and connect at your destination without swapping a physical SIM.
How quickly will I receive my iTechieSIM?
Delivery is usually instant after successful payment. Check your inbox and spam folder. If it does not arrive, email [email protected] with your order number.
How do I know if my phone is compatible?
Your device must support eSIM and be carrier-unlocked. Check the product guidance and device settings before purchase; compatibility varies by model, country of purchase, and carrier.
When should I install and activate my plan?
Install with stable Wi-Fi, preferably before leaving Pakistan. Activate as instructed: some plans begin on first destination-network connection, while others begin at installation.
Do iTechieSIM plans include calls and SMS?
Most plans are data-only, so regular calls and SMS are not included unless stated. Internet apps such as WhatsApp work while data is available.
Can I top up my eSIM while travelling?
Top-ups are available for selected plans. Purchase a compatible top-up before expiry and follow your account or email instructions. Otherwise, buy a new plan.
