These Terms govern the iTechieSIM website and your purchase or use of our travel eSIM plans and top-ups. By ordering or using a plan, you agree to them.
iTechieSIM is a Pakistan-based platform offering digital travel data eSIMs for worldwide destinations. Products are delivered by QR code and instructions. Coverage, 4G/5G access, speed, data allowance, validity, and top-up availability vary by plan.
You must be at least 18 or use the service with a parent or guardian. Before ordering, confirm your device supports eSIM, is carrier-unlocked, and supports the destination network.
Prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise. The checkout total is payable, subject to disclosed taxes or provider charges. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and we issue confirmation or the eSIM. We may cancel orders affected by suspected fraud, pricing error, unavailability, or technical failure and refund amounts collected.
Delivery is electronic to the email entered at checkout or your account. Keep the QR code secure. Most codes can be installed only once and must not be shared, deleted, or transferred unless instructions allow it. Install with reliable Wi-Fi and activate according to the plan instructions.
A plan may begin on installation, first connection at the destination, or another trigger disclosed on its product page. Network-partner records determine data use. Unused data expires with the validity period and has no cash value.
Coverage maps, 4G/5G labels, and estimated speeds are not guarantees at every place or time. Service may be affected by local networks, geography, congestion, weather, maintenance, device capability, or destination rules. 5G requires a compatible device and local coverage.
Use the service only lawfully. Do not interfere with networks, commit fraud, resell without permission, send unlawful material, or bypass plan limits. Partners may apply disclosed fair-use controls.
Because eSIMs are digital, cancellation depends on delivery, installation, activation, and use. Our Return & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms. Applied top-ups generally cannot be reversed.
You are responsible for account security. The iTechieSIM name, website, graphics, software, and documentation are owned by or licensed to us and may not be commercially copied without permission.
To the extent permitted by law, iTechieSIM is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, missed opportunities, travel disruption, or third-party network failure. Aggregate liability relating to a plan will not exceed its price. Nothing excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We may update products, partners, or these Terms when reasonably necessary and may suspend service for security, misuse, legal, or network reasons. These Terms are governed by applicable Pakistani law. The parties will first try to resolve disputes in good faith; courts with lawful jurisdiction in Pakistan may hear unresolved disputes, subject to non-waivable rights.
